The project comprises an area of 5.350 m2 (size of the site).

61 units are (45 apartments and 16 penthouses) in 4 blocks. Each block comprises 4 floors and A-B-C blocks contain 4 apartments per floor And D block contain 3 apartments in each floor. The gross area of each apartment is approx.60-240 m2.

Apartment Interior

Floors coverings

Floors in all rooms shall be light color tiles

Walls

All walls are sanded and primed with plaster and subsequently painted with emulsion paint.

Homogeneous colors shall be used in the whole apartment.

Ceilings

All ceilings are sanded and primed with plaster and subsequently the room is painted white.

Stucco is mounted in the area between walls and ceiling in all rooms. Stucco is also painted white. In the living room, indirect lighting is integrated in the stucco.

Doors

As a standard, doors are paneled doors (MDF). Doors are cream or white and the door handles are ‘silver-look’.

Lay-out of the kitchen

The kitchen will be furnished as follows:

1-Standard kitchen elements are in good quality, white, high-gloss.

2-Tbale top/kitchen counters in black granite or marble

3-Wall tiles in a color matching the table top

4- Kitchen sink

Bathrooms

The bathrooms are furnished and decorated as follows

1-Pale floor and wall tiles are from floor to ceiling.

2-Wall-hanged toilet of white porcelain, toilet roll holder, towel holder

3-Standard bathroom cabinet, washstand, white high- gloss, with mirror and sink.

4- Shower stall.

5- White plastic panel ceiling.

6-Heated floor in all bathrooms

Terraces/Balconies

Terraces shall be established as follows:

1-Floor tiles in a light color matching the floor inside the apartment

2- Aluminum/glass railings.

3- Walls are sanded, plastered and painted in the same color as the exterior of the building.

4- Water tap and drain

5- Electrical socket and ceiling light.

Air Condition

Air condition is included in the bedrooms and living room( can also function as heater)

Hot Water

Hot water is supplied via an electrical heater.
